Two-hour wait for takeout.BS went next door to the Mexican restaurant sat right down. Food served in nothing flat.

Great food and nice people..if you wait it's always worth it.

Food was good. Service was slow and don't appreciate them adding 15% tip because there were 5 of us. We were leaving a good tip anyways.

This place has delicious plates with hefty portions for not too crazy of a price. It's a little hard to spot from the road, but it is a fantastic place to eat. The Thai Basil stir fry was absolutely delicious!

If you feel like waiting over an hour for them to answer the phone, if they ever do, and then another hour for your order it’s great. But it’s mostly just obnoxious because half the time they’ll answer and hang up on you or wait until closing time is near just to answer your call and tell you they’re not taking anymore orders. Pretty terrible service considering they’re running on take out orders at the moment.

Excellent Thai food with very consistent food experience. The soups are great with the crunchy noodles making it better! The staff are always friendly and ready to help with requests. The recent renovation to the dining room was a great idea.

Only place in town that can do truly spicy food that is so good you can't stop eating. They have a milder side as well and whatever your fancy mild or hot they are sure to put your taste buds in a wonderful paradise of flavour.

Fast service and great food every time we go. The masaman curry is enough to split and the Thai iced tea is amazing!

Food is amazing. However the staff are absolutely horrible at their jobs. They are rude and impatient and act as if they hate their lives. Also very busy and hard to find parking/table. Lastly, they demand cash payment buy charging a 4% fee on all card payments.

A true gem! It may not look like much on the outside, but this place is amazing! Restaurant is clean. Service is wonderful and food is spectacular. After you eat here once, you'll wonder why you haven't before. Go, you won't be disappointed!

Food is ok 😁 I am not a big fan of Thai food, we had to wait a long time for the food, and if you pay with cash you won't get the extra charge for using a card.

Hostess was rude and said it would be at least 45 minutes to receive food if we planned to eat there. Made it very clear she had no interest in seating us. I've never seen a restaurant purposefully try to get you to leave. They were not even busy. Only about 4 tables had people seated. The rest of the restaurant was empty.

Food was fair but the worst was the service.They have the owners 19 year working as the manager that doesnt have a clue about customer service. Very rude to customers and waited for over an hour and half for the food and when we asked they said your order is next to make after an hour and half had gone by. They charge they way they want to. They said since you have 6 people and more we automatically charge tip. But we had 3 adults and 2 toddlers and 2 under 2 year old babies. All in all the worst experience if you planning on going out with the family and having a good time with good food try somewhere else. They used to have good food but the popularity has gone to there heads. They dont care how the speak to customers they going to make money anyway it seems that's there moto now.

Great service. Food nicely prepared. You have to ask for no added MSG, but they do honor your wishes, and our server knew which foods already had it, so my hubby could avoid.

Waited over an hour for food, watched several parties get served before us, asked several times when our food would be ready, the response was "just a minute". We finally switch our order to go and it took even longer. For now on I will be giving business to Boone Thai

Pretty good food. They were very slow took more than 1 hour to pick up an order for take out. Nun the less, the food was very good but they also give very small portions for the price . For these two orders it was almost $40.00...

oh my God I have never in my life seen a restaurant that when you call back-to-back Because of the lazy female workers that's doing the phone and answering it So it doesn't ring and just leave it silent and hang up I have literally called 25 times. Every time they answer the phone, literly can hear them move around or set the phone down, and waits then hang up. like do you not want me money. I cant believe after months still i assume manager leaves awhile and puts someone in charge that should not be

Good food and nice people

Very good, the owner and staff are wonderful people. We have been going for years and have watched the children grow up. It is my favorite place to dine in Franklin!!!!!

Really good Thai food, generous portions and most fair prices.

I have been here four times. I ate in the first time and have ordered food to go the remaining three. The experiences have not been great. Every time I have ordered out I had to wait an hour or more. That would be fine if I could get through on the phone. I called 6 times one day before I drove down to place my order. The phone is always busy or it does not go through at all. I know this is a small town and there are not many places to eat but that does not mean you should lower the already low standards. The food is edible most times. Ok at best. I only come here to get food if my other choices are closed. This is only the second time I have ever given a bad review in my life. But I decided to do so to inform potential customers. As long as you have an hour or more and your palate for Thai food is not too sophisticated, this is an adequate place to eat once a month. Otherwise please choose a different restaurant.

Great food, clean restaurant, and very friendly service. This place serves delicious food but it takes a little time to cook. I definitely recommend getting an appetizer. Their Basil Rolls are great. My toddler and I split the ginger stir fry. Husband orders the seafood curry. Today we tried the organic sake and it did not disappoint. It was very light and clean. My leftovers are always very tasty the next day.

The Pad Thai was outstanding and the egg rolls were excellent too. A number of the students and the director Tiffany Henry came here after my afternoon class for I wanted to eat at a local owned and operated business. The price was very reasonable, food very good and service as well. I recommend this place and will come back to it when I am in town.

I really like this place. We have been three times so far. The food is fresh and delicious. There is a wait for your food. The parking lot is always full... should tell you something.

I live right around the corner from this restaurant. Since i bought my home 3 months ago i have yet to successfully order food from this restaurant. Calls go unanswered during stated business hours and if you try to place an order to go in person the restaurant will either be closed with no explanation or you will be told it will be over an hour to receive an order. Over an hour, with 3 tables in the restaurant. How this place stays in business, i have no idea. It sure isn't from actually selling food.

This is truly got to be one of the best Thai restaurants in the United States. The food is always fresh and taste incredible!I have tried many different menu items and I've been impressed with each one of them. The waitresses are all very knowledgeable and super friendly. I could honestly eat here 5 days a week. This is a must try if you like Thai food!

We all had vegan pad thai with tofu and basil rolls. The Food and staff was great and the restaurant looked clean. However, it was very difficult to reach them by phone and thats the only way your allowed to place your order.

This place has the best Thai food of any in the area. We have driven from Blairsville to Franklin just to eat here. The service is excellent also.
